The journey combines a road trip and a final stretch by boat. Everything is coordinated by WhatsApp in advance.

Prior coordination
Before your trip we agree on the meeting port and time. Timings depend on weather and river level.

Road drive
You reach the agreed port by car. Part of the road is rural and may lack cellular signal.

Message us when leaving La Dorada
Send us a WhatsApp as you leave La Dorada — later stretches of road may lose signal.

Meeting port
The usual meeting point is Puerto de Playa Alta. From there we complete the journey by boat.

Arrival by boat
The final stretch always happens during daylight. For navigation safety, we do not run transfers after 6:00 p.m.
- ·Puerto de Playa Alta: the stay includes up to two transfers from the port to the finca and up to two transfers from the finca to the port.
- ·Puerto de La Habana: the stay includes one arrival transfer and one departure transfer.
- ·Additional transfers have an extra cost and must be arranged in advance.
Arrival must always be completed during daylight. For navigation safety we do not run boat transfers after 6:00 p.m. River and weather conditions may change schedules and transfers. Safety always comes before punctuality.
The route includes an unpaved rural road. Depending on the weather and daily conditions, it may be accessible in a low vehicle with careful driving. A high-clearance vehicle is recommended, especially during the rainy season.
